Be respectful
Treat other members as people, not content. Harassment, threats, hate, stalking, targeted abuse and repeated unwanted contact are not allowed.
Protect your privacy
Do not share passwords, payment details, exact home addresses, identity documents or other sensitive information with strangers. Think carefully before sharing any photo or personal detail.
Consent matters
Do not pressure anyone to continue a conversation or share photos. Stop if someone asks you to stop. Never record, redistribute or threaten to publish another person’s conversation without their clear permission and a lawful basis.
Age and illegal conduct
The public service will require a minimum-age policy and safeguards against underage use. Sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, coercion, trafficking and other illegal conduct are prohibited. Reports involving immediate danger require appropriate escalation procedures.
Use report and block tools
End a call if you feel uncomfortable. Use report and block features when available. Reports should be reviewed through a real moderation workflow; simply storing a report is not enough.
Enforcement
Luvoxi may restrict matching, remove public content, suspend or ban accounts for violations. Appeal and contact details should be published before launch. These rules do not replace applicable laws or legal obligations.
