Information we may process
Depending on the features you use, Luvoxi may process account identifiers, profile details and built-in avatar choices you select, interests, call/session metadata, reports and blocks, subscription status and payment references. Payment card details should be handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Luvoxi.
Camera and microphone
Video calls require browser permission to access your camera and microphone. The app should not request these permissions until you choose a video feature. The intended design does not record calls by default. Network connectivity may use direct peer connections or a TURN relay depending on network conditions.
Messages and retention
Private messages are planned to be stored in Cloud Firestore and available only to conversation participants. The service must publish the final retention/deletion period and moderation access rules before public launch. Random text-chat messages are separate from private inbox messages.
Profile avatars
Luvoxi uses a selection of built-in illustrated avatars. Users cannot upload profile photos in this version, so profile photos are not stored by Luvoxi.
Push notifications
If you enable notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging may process a device registration token to deliver message alerts. You can disable notifications in Luvoxi settings or browser settings.
Payments
Razorpay is planned for initial checkout. Payment verification and subscription entitlements will be handled on the server. Only necessary transaction identifiers and billing status should be retained. Refunds and subscription cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Safety and abuse prevention
We may process reports, blocks, rate-limit signals and moderation outcomes to prevent abuse. The final service must document retention and permitted access to this data.
Your choices
Users should be able to edit profile details, adjust visibility, block other members and request account deletion. Contact privacy@luvoxi.online for privacy questions; this contact must be configured before launch.
